Dorothea Marie and James Jefferson Allen is her father and mother, her mother was homemaker and father was gas station owner. She has an older brother, David, and two older sisters, Mary and Lynn. Peter Friedman was her spouse and she has one children whoice name is Sadie. She worked in theater, television, and film during her early career and she three time nominated on Academy Award.
